Our rates vary per project type. Thus, we encourage that you “request for a quote” first to make sure you get the best price for the exact service that you need. Upon inquiry, our rep will discuss to you the specifics of your possible order and its corresponding rate.

How do you create the design? Where do you start?

Can i request multiple tasks/projects at the same time?
Yes, you may do so.
How much do you charge for if we exceed the number of hours?
What about those unused hours?
Can i change my plan or downgrade or upgrade at any time ?
Yes, you may do so. It is a pay-as-you-go service, there are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Our billing is on the 25th of each month. If you decide to cancel the plan, you need to inform us before the 25th of that month. Your billing will be stopped from the next billing cycle.
How do I submit my request?
We will have a common folder in Microsoft One Drive whereby you can upload your request. All materials and request can be tracked easily.
Client upload to > One Drive (Folder) > (Sub-Folder) according to the month.
